Socialite and Fashionista Doreen Faith Is not just an events organizer, but a champion for women empowerment.

If her latest campaign; ‘I am Beyond Body’ is anything to go by, her feats are fast making an impact on the women in Uganda.

During an exclusive interview with this website, Doreen Faith revealed that the campaign is a theme for the Plus-size Fashion Week Festival slated to happen in Kampala in December.

“The campaign seems to celebrate Ugandan women who have done excellently in recent years for their country; from businesswomen in fashion, property, music, agriculture, politics, hospitality, digital influencers and many more. The campaign is here to challenge the negative narratives sorrounding plus-size women’s bodies and convey the message that there’s more to women in society than just good looks or bodies,” Doreen Faith explained.

This year’s campaign stars women who are doing amazing things in their communities and country at large.
